As per ioquatix/ioquatix#39 I have opened up a pull request containing some MD agent-ready context.

@ioquatix I added a usage.md and testing.md file for context.

I have yet to write about integrating the async-http mocking with RSpec or Minitest. Please let me know if you want me to do that or not; or if you have any changes that you'd like me to make.
