With the new cahnges to the stm32 PWM generation the old code for synchronisation of the PWM timers and ADCs did no longer work.
This PR presents a small refactor + the bugfix.
The issue was arising when the timers don't have the repetition counter and basically the sync was off by 1 and therefore completely lost.
