Enable aggregate validator registration (v1) through asset configuration in #40

⚠️ Important
This release activates the aggregate validator registration feature, building on the previous mandatory version gnosis/2025.09.01 which introduced a non-reversible database migration. All Gnosis Keypers are now on the corresponding rolling shutter tag v1.3.12, allowing this feature to be safely enabled across the network.

All keypers should follow the new Backup and Restore Guide for creating and restoring backups.

⚠️ Important
This version is mandatory for all node operators as it includes a database migration. Rolling back to earlier versions will no longer be compatible once aggregate validator registration (v1) is enabled in the next release.
