Sorry for late reply, Basically, I never used BLToolkit so i need to write some code with it before giving any comparison and I was busy in adding some pending feature which will be available till coming Sunday.

While following is the rough performance comparison with EF 6.x and Dapper with SimpleAccess 1 and SimpleAccess 2, and i am happy to tell that SimpleAccess 1 was faster then Dapper and in SimpleAccess 2 we have improved more :)
