Easy migration from cloudflare/boring crate

As boringssl is now supported ( #1519 ), will you accept PR with foreign-types=0.5 for new 0.11 release?
Upgrade of foreign-types will allow easy migration from cloudflare/boring crate to rust-openssl.

I'm using cloudflare/boring for internal WebRTC SFU server from day 1. When they upgraded foreign-types to 0.5, I've upgraded my project too (with FFI to other C libraries).
I have no problem to maintain my fork with new foreign-types.
I want to know do you planning to release 0.11 with new foreign-types=0.5? Because if answer is no, I'll maintain my fork and not bother you with PR.

There will be an 0.11 at some point, but I'm not sure when.

There is nothing restricting your crate graph to a singe version of foreign-types, FYI.
