Any plans to publish a new release of core-foundation-sys/core-foundation ?

Hello,

The last release of core-foundation (core-foundation-sys as a consequence) dates back to Sept 15th 2020. However, there have been changes to the crate in October 2020 that aren't published yet (e.g. this commit).
Do you have an ETA for a new release?

I created this PR to update the version numbers of the two concerned crates. Please feel free to merge it.
