4.x and 5.x are now the same if we move both to Java 17. It won't make sense to keep both. We can deprecate the 4.x stream and disable Dependabot updates for this stream. @fjtirado wdyt? We must verify Kogito with 5.x stream, though. |

Since this stream is still in use, we must upgrade to Java 17 to keep it up to date with Quarkus LTS and other dependencies, or we will fall behind on CVE fixes.
Additionally, I removed a few old content.
