Was getting this exception because of assembly version mismatch: > System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.Abstractions, Version=6.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=adb9793829ddae60' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Argh, #378 really ought to be merged because AppVeyor build 46989005 reported success but the bug is not yet actually fixed!
