Update to latest ink engine

I got these errors in the browser console when opening my out.html

Uncaught Version of ink used to build story was newer than the current verison of the engine

out.html:6232 Uncaught TypeError: window.blotterStart is not a function
    at out.html:6232:8

These are the steps I took:

1. Use Inklecate v1.0.0 to compile my .ink into .ink.json
2. Installed gall with npm install -g gall
3. Create a new gall-ish project with gall new
4. Moved my .ink.json to sources/story.ink.json
5. Then build out.html with gall build
