(UC Mode + Windows): The `driver` is slow to quit if quitting it from a disconnected state

### (UC Mode + Windows): The `driver` is slow to quit if quitting it from a disconnected state

At the end of an SB script, the `driver` gets quit automatically.
(The issue occurs when the driver starts quitting while disconnected.)

The current workaround is to use `driver.connect()` right before quitting the driver.
