Proguard rules and 16k alignment #12

add consumer proguard rules to avoid quick js references being minified
rebuild the sdk to be 16k aligned to be compliant with Google's latest standard mentioned in Compatibility Request: App Flagged by Google Play due to Segment's 16KB Page Size Incompatibility analytics-kotlin#268
