Shadow markers for nested lists

What's wrong? Describe the what you're seeing

When looking at an unordered list nested inside an ordered list, you see that the html is confused about which type it is, and is rendering a marker for both types.

This looks to be related to the change we just pushed to list formats. Whoops!

Closing out as rolling back #479 fixed this.
