Currently, a reader can click the right-nav feedback thumbs, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and then click the footer feedback thumbs. We think some folks are doing this to express frustration, as we're seeing some very-closely spaced negative

Suggestions for a fix

Clicking one set of feedback thumbs on a given page should disable the second set at least until the page is refreshed.
