Appears to be some permissions issue that doesn't allow me to push up additional commits once I've create a PR. Closing this PR and try to create a new PR with all the changes here: #342 |

As part of the upcoming 0x launch on Scroll, we want to inform builders that 0x APIs are now on Scroll!

This PR adds 0x into the dev tooling explorer in the dev docs.
