Migrate to mono repo #106
Description
Overview
We currently have three repositories that are all related to the rn. There is a large amount of coupling between these repositories and changes often span multiple repos. This makes development awkward. @greged93 and I are of the opinion that a mono repo of reth, rollup-node and scroll-revm would be preferable. I would propose to migrate rollup-node and scroll-revm to the reth fork. I encourage others to add their opinion.
