Pull Request Overview
This PR aims to prevent test coverage from running on draft pull requests.
- Updated the pull_request event configuration to include specific types, including when a PR is marked as ready for review.
- Added a condition to the test-coverage job to check if the pull request is a draft.

Well, there's the test-coverage (3.11) guy over there that seems to be waiting on the other test, but I'm happy with this for now. |
