Had to do some work to the tests to ensure that it could still validate assets when the contents were no longer available in the stats object due to
futureEmitAssets, also had to make a few small tweaks like disabling caching for theHtmlWebpackPluginconfig.Note this currently doesn't depend on the new
assetsEmittedhook, it should still work with any Webpack 4 version - the tests just need a version that hasfutureEmitAssets.
