@ckipp01 we usually don't close the issue before the regression test is committed. Our usual workflow is to open a PR like this and include Closes #NNNN or Fixes #NNNN and let GitHub automatically tags Development issue. The issue is closed automatically when the PR is merged.

I'm aware of that. I made a mistake yesterday closing those too eagerly. So this is me now adding tests in for all of those that I closed to verify they are indeed fixed.
