Does this mean we need a new RC for 3.1.3? But 3.2.0 RC1 is already out so I wonder whether we should not just roll it into 3.2.0 RC2. |

3.2.0-RC1 isn't out, it will be our next release, (see https://github.com/lampepfl/dotty/milestones) we just released the first RC of 3.1.3 and we'll need to do another one indeed (there's a couple of other prs I plan to do which we might want to backport first) |
