deploying smbd+winbindd in a pod requires shared pid namespace

When using smbd and winbindd in tandem to provide shares as a domain member the running containers must share a pid namespace. The samba services somehow use the pids to initialize the datagram messaging layer and this fails when the servers both start as pid 1.
