add doctest for matrix visualize_structure #2136
Description
This ticket is a migration of #1137. There was a patch associated with the ticket, that was merged in to the library, but it was not related to the original issue. Below is a reproduction of the original description.
sage: sr = mq.SR(2,1,1,4,gf2=True)
sage: sr
SR(2,1,1,4)
sage: F,s = sr.polynomial_system()
sage: F

sage: gb = F.groebner_basis()
sage: Ideal(gb).variety()

Fixing the issue by updating libpng breaks other spkgs like R, so revert it until we can figure out how to solve it properly.
