The hyperlinks in the "Areas of active investigation" https://github.com/rust-rfcs/unsafe-code-guidelines/blob/master/reference/src/SUMMARY.md currently 404.

We could just remove the links, since they are about what we're currently doing rather than the reference text itself.
