rustdoc's source page is missing the horizontal scrollbar

On Firefox, the horizontal scrollbar is visible at the bottom of the source code for me

Ah I've just noticed. Technically the horizontal scrollbar isn't missing, it's just at the bottom of the page (that's not great either):

No, it's definitely a UX bug, and should be fixed. It just hasn't been a priority.
