nightly is no longer gated on clippy #6
Description
Builds can fail because the clippy component is not available now. The clippy build should update to a dated nightly (e.g. nightly-2018-08-28 I think included clippy) to ensure this doesn't block updates (it will need to be updated regularly, but that can happen as part of other PRs).
