Version sorting incorrect: 0.9.0 is ahead of 0.10.0

As seen on the Rusoto package. The current version is 0.23.1. The versions link and the graph have 0.9.0 as the latest version.

Expected (and previous) behavior: sort 0.10.0 before 0.9.0 . I don't recall this happening a day or two ago.
