This looks great, though I can't comment on it being an accurate summary, having not attended the meeting. I think having some idea of a path to membership is really meaningful though.

Looks good to me! The idea of having trusted non-members as liaisons is really interesting and could be a good way to build more of a community and more shared knowledge around features.
