Description
Two weeks ago we announced the our new ✨ Robotics Enhancement Proposal ✨ process and an updated REP website. This pull requests updates every link to a REP in the
The-ROS2-Projectsubdirectory to point to the new website.A quick grep indicates that there are 77 references that need to be updated, this PR covers the first 11 of those changes.
I figured it would be easier to break this into a series of small pull requests.
