Adds mention to README about base64 encoded data URL for file input for to improve RAG support assistant responses.

Hi @GothReigen. Thanks for opening this PR. This client library now supports passing file handles directly, and either uploads the file or encodes to a base64 data URL automatically. I just opened #276 with more details. Would love to get your feedback on that. |
