Add a new Svelte SDK to integrate Reflag feature flags into Svelte applications, consistent with existing React and Vue SDKs.
This new SDK provides a native Svelte experience by leveraging Svelte stores for reactive flag states, while maintaining API consistency with the existing React and Vue SDKs. It includes a provider, reactive flag stores, context update functions, and event tracking, along with a development example and comprehensive documentation.
