dynamic components ssr bug

The server side rendered html is missing class and style attributes set on parent component for dynamically imported children.

possible workarounds

• avoiding async imports via manual registering the components in a plugin
• wrapping the DynamicComponent within a div
• using :key inside DynamicComponent

Build Setup

# install dependencies
$ npm install

# serve with hot reload at localhost:3000
$ npm run dev

# build for production and launch server
$ npm run build
$ npm run start

# generate static project
$ npm run generate
