Fully translate blog.md UI to Brazilian Portuguese
This Pull Request translates the entire blog.md user interface into Brazilian Portuguese.
Changes
Content Translation: All blog post titles, summaries, and metadata in src/content/blog/index.md have been translated.
Header Update: Section headers (e.g., "All release notes") are now in Portuguese.
Additional Update: An extra file was modified to translate "Read more" inside blog posts to "Continuar Lendo".
