As part of #122 and adopting the pypa wheel images, we also must embrace their support matrix which does not include 32-bit linux as of manylinux_2_28. See https://github.com/pypa/manylinux for more information.

This should no longer be needed since it existed only to provide some additional compatibility for musl target systems in the "x86_64-linux" gems. Closes Drop the math.h patch in a future release #120.
