Definitions disappearing on windows

Using yesterdays snapshot 2025-10-22-036abea311 version 9.0.0.1 [cs] for windows definitions disappear after any update to the definitions window.
They can still be interacted with (select, copy, paste) writing text makes them show up again, but soon everything disappears again.

Ah, sorry. The new bitmap created to cache the arrows apparently didn't have a transparent background (on windows)!
