Khepri is updated from version 0.14.0 to 0.15.0. This brings many improvements to queries and fixes to projections, along with several breaking changes. In particular, the
favordefault value is nowlow_latency. Therefore, we don't need to specify it explicitly anymore.Ra is updated at the same time because this new version of Khepri depends on Ra 2.14.0.
