Spelling problem in doc backends-xnnpack.md

Should executorch_module_static and executorch_tensor be extension_module_static and extension_tensor?
I followed backends-xnnpack.md, but I couldn't compile it. After changing to extension_module_static and extension_tensor, I was able to compile it.

Suggest a potential alternative/fix
