Ouh a new major update! There's a lot to the changelog and stubtest reflects that.
PyInstaller 6.0 also dropped Python 3.7 support pyinstaller/pyinstaller#7733 whilst that doesn't seem to be negatively impacting our tests (with mypy+stubtest already being 3.8+) I'll link to #10724 so it gets specified in the distribution.
