This PR renames
pyth-sdk-terratopyth-sdk-cwand upgrades cw version to1.0.0afterwards.Note that Terra2 has switched to cw
1.0.0as well.Readme needs to be updated once we deploy to a new CW chain to have their addresses.
Since first commit is just rename and version replace reviewing commit-by-commit will be easier.
