  • Merged 3.0 and 2.10 as much stuff from the sprint went to the 2.10
    section.
  • Cleaned up mixture of link/text blocks
  • Moved some entries to "Bug Fixes" and "Incompatible changes"
  • Stop doing "Fixes (seting the traceback type doesnt work anymore #123) ..." because it looks weird
  • Add some new empty points for all sections

Hmm I noticed we lack consistency in all messages actually: Fixed, Fix, ... not sure if you want to review all entries though.

Other than removing the redundant "BACKWARD INCOMPAT" message, I think it is up to you to merge it as it is. 😁

I fixed the ones you commented on - no time right now to make everything consistent, sorry 😉

I'll merge this as you said it's up to me, and I'd rather avoid conflicts if someone opens a new PR now.
