The user longniao is squatting on ~16 pypi package names. They each contain the same empty package structure, with a simple readme describing how to install the package. The packages contain no content.
The packages in question can be found under this github orgnanization, pipname, which seems to indicate their squatting intentions.

I would ask that upon approval, the ownership of package name pay is transferred over to me, pypi user masonhall, for use in a payments tool for open source developers that I've been building.
Lastly, I should note that longniao's 3 packages that are not owned by the pipname org, torauth, torstack, and flask-base, appear legitimate, and should not be subject to release.
