Add "Programming Language :: Zig" classifier

Request to add a new Trove classifier.

The name of the classifier(s) you would like to add:

• Programming Language :: Zig

Why do you want to add this classifier?

Here are my reasons to justify this request:

• The Zig programming language has had an impeccable rise in popularity and has an emerging yet stable community, with the Zig Software Foundation (ZSF)—a non-profit—to back it
• Community support:
  • projects like https://github.com/spiraldb/ziggy-pydust/ and https://pypi.org/project/setuptools-zig/ help write Python extension modules in Zig; and
  • PyO3/maturin provides a [zig] extra; and
  • The Zig programming language itself distributes its binaries on PyPI: https://github.com/ziglang/zig-pypi
• There exist classifiers for other programming languages that are less popular and/or are more niche in their use case than Zig
• A "Go" classifier exists, and Zig offers support for cross-compiling Go code, and it does so very well

Oops, I overlooked the word "immediately" in your comment. I believe that a subset of the projects on the list, which I noticed are reasonably active and well-maintained, would benefit from adding this classifier.
