Incorrect copyright in conf.py is producing wrong copyright on official pandas docs.

That's actually an issue for pandas itself (the pandas-docs directory is only an (outdated) patched subset to test the theme), but also solved recently, I see: pandas-dev/pandas#31085 (so in the dev docs it is correct now: https://dev.pandas.io/docs/index.html)
