BUG: mobile dropdown is not working anymore on master

Not sure when it started failing, but the dropdown button for the top-level menu in mobile mode doesn't work anymore:

On the latest stable docs it still works (also the ones that were just rebuilt), so it should be caused by a change in our code.

No it does not work. Click on it and it does not open up the navigation items.

Just checked it out, it was working on 0.4.1
