Configure Webpack to load fonts & regular css files

in PR #169 all assets are loaded from project source (no CDN). Currently CopyPlugin is used to load fonts and MathJax related content.

Using loaders would:

• unify the import frontend assets setup
• allow fingerprinting these assets
