This commit alters the module metadata to indicate a 4.1.0 version release for the Puppet Forge. It contains backwards compatible features, refactors and bug fixes.

summary: Merged into master as 1ffd72d. This should be released in stdlib 4.1.0. Ryan mentioned he plans to publish the release on the Forge soon, which will restore all of the previous functionality in stdlib 4 and will include external facts support when stdlib is operating with Facter < 1.7. -Jeff |

Tests are passing and both Jeff and my smoke testing look good. I'm ready to make the release to Forge. I also have a signed 4.1.0 tag waiting to be pushed once this is merged.
