Sim, reiniciei o sistema.
Realizei a instalação do LinuxToys utilizando o comando:

curl -fsSL https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/psygreg/linuxtoys/repo/fedora-$(rpm -E %fedora)/psygreg-linuxtoys-fedora-$(rpm -E %fedora).repo | sudo tee /etc/yum.repos.d/psygreg-linuxtoys-fedora-$(rpm -E %fedora).repo

sudo rpm-ostree install linuxtoys

Essa é uma das formas corretas de se instalar o LinuxToys no Fedora Silverblue ?

Try installing the libratbag-ratbagd package and reboot.

If it works, it's because the package name for Fedora is wrong in the script. If that's the case, I'll release the fix, but it will only be released in the next LinuxToys update...
