Summary of Changes
Hello @tcarmelveilleux, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!
This pull request enhances the documentation by providing a practical example of how users can export data from the alchemy-db database to a CSV format using standard command-line tools. It also includes a minor refinement to an existing query example for clarity and correctness.
Highlights
- Documentation Update: Added a new section to the README demonstrating how to export data from the database to a CSV file using the
mysqlcommand-line client. - Documentation Correction: Corrected an existing example command in the README to explicitly specify the database name (
MatterSpec) on the command line and removed the redundantUSE MatterSpec;statement from the subsequent SQL query example.

Code Review
This pull request enhances the README.md by adding an example of how to dump table data to a CSV file using mysql and sed. It also refines a previous mysql connection example. The review feedback includes suggestions for the robustness of the chosen CSV export method and the database name in the connection command.
| An export as CSV of this query can be done directly like this: | ||

| ```console | ||
| mysql -h 127.0.0.1 --skip-ssl --batch -e "SELECT n.id AS namespace_id, t.id AS tag_id, t.name AS tag_name, n.name AS namespace_name, d.name AS source_name FROM tag AS t INNER JOIN namespace AS n ON t.namespace_id = n.namespace_id INNER JOIN document AS d ON n.document_id = d.document_id ORDER BY namespace_id ASC, tag_id ASC;" MatterSpec | sed 's/\t/,/g' > namespaces.csv |

The sed 's/\t/,/g' approach for converting tab-separated output to CSV is concise. However, this method can lead to malformed CSV if the data itself contains tab characters, as sed will replace those indiscriminately. Consider using SELECT ... INTO OUTFILE 'filename.csv' FIELDS TERMINATED BY ',' OPTIONALLY ENCLOSED BY '"' LINES TERMINATED BY '\n'; or a scripting language like Python with its csv module for more robust CSV generation.
