This resolves pound-python#61. Also adds retrieveUrlLazy that produces a Request in unbuffered mode to avoid buffering pastes we might not be interested in.

Thanks Chris! I would have preferred separate commits for hastebin change and the rest for ease of review and history investigation, but it's a small enough changeset to not worry about perfection. |

This resolves #61. Also adds retrieveUrlLazy that produces a Request in unbuffered mode to avoid buffering pastes we might not be interested in. Some tests were added for the new features.
