Where should breaking changes in behavior or existing users live?

We want to maybe surface this? As some users may depend on this behavior.

This should not live in tutorials... but where? Some FAQ or Troubleshooting?
Or rely on upstream release notes?

There is no way for existing users to look for "how it worked" for them before, as the docs do not have versioning to allow for this.
