An unusual situation from my dev tenant where hubsiteUrl is reported as empty, hence throwing the message 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' with cmdlet Unregister-PnPHubSite
Expected behavior
Unregister hub site successfully
Actual behavior
message 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' thrown
Steps to reproduce behavior
unregister-pnphubsite -site "https://reshmeeauckloo.sharepoint.com/sites/TestInvestmentHub"
