Update Arduino Mbed Framework to 4.2.4

On an Arduino Portenta, I am getting a crash in WiFi.begin() which I believe is the same as this issue.
arduino/ArduinoCore-mbed#1008

Would it be possible to update framework-arduino-mbed to 4.2.4?
